The module has been developed to facilitate the journey from an individual contributor to a manager and finally a leader. MCDP is a stretched intervention to enable managers learn and develop competencies and skills to become effective leaders. The participants are developed keeping their succession plan in mind through a combination of class room training, on-the-job projects and individualized coaching.

 

MCDP is a strategic intervention program spread over 7 to 8 months and is combination of 9 days of class room training, on-the-job projects and individualized coaching. This intervention allows manager to reflect, rethink and nlearn-learn to look afresh at the challenges of managing people & business in competitive times. It is designed to help managers to learn and develop competencies and skills necessary to become effective leaders. The participants are developed keeping their succession plan in mind.
