The module has been developed to
facilitate the journey from an individual contributor to
a manager and finally a leader. MCDP is
a stretched intervention to enable managers learn and develop
competencies and skills to become effective leaders. The
participants are developed keeping their succession plan
in mind through a combination of class room training, on-the-job
projects and individualized coaching.

people & business in competitive times. It is designed
to help managers to learn and develop competencies and skills
necessary to become effective leaders. The participants
